Allow QuickTags on Category Description #21

Currently haven't the editor no quicktags, no visuel editor. To much overhead for the plugin to enhance this. But if a other plugin enhance the textarea with the wp_editor, then is it possible via plugin to enhance AddQuicktag to use the quicktags also here.
