Comments Editor #23

Previously I was able to see the custom quicktags in the comments.comments reply editor. But now I just see the standard buttons. Would it be possible to add this comments capatability back in?

Maybe later. currently is not so easy, the API of WP works only on back end. Vor the front end is much more todo.

same as issue #12
