Buttons only appear after a post is saved #3

I don't see the buttons on the toolbar (in either Visual or HTML) mode until I've either saved as draft or published the post. Any idea what could be causing this?

which this version, from the github repo? Do you have active the checkbox on settings for the different post types and visual?

2.1.0, from the wordpress plugin site. Yes, the checkboxes are checked.

Please can you overwrite with the current version, maybe you have an wrong version, I dev today on this plug in. Please also clear the browser cache and check again. Works fine on my test pages. Thanks

I got the new version from git hub and that fixed the problem, thanks!
