Gutenberg? #46

if we would use the plugin also with the Gutenberg editor, we need a enhancement. But why we need it, lot of functions are inside the core of Gutenberg with the same goal like AddQuicktag?

The first draft is inside branch "gutenberg", however we should check the new FormatAPI to solve the problem to identify the content, there have the custom tags.

I will not support this, because the speed of the development and lot of features in place. So the classic editor inside Gutenberg have the possibility to run with the additional Quicktags via the plugin, but not more.
