Updated README with Installation instructions #34

I know it might seem trivial, but I just wasted some time looking for instructions on the README, then the article, then looking for it in the WordPress plugin directory, only to then try and download it as a ZIP from GitHub… it is not as obvious as it may seem.

Great. This was the goal of the plugin, that it helps to create plugins with the WP admin area default, fine for users and much easier to maintain.
