Acceptance Criteria

[ ] All AC of an epic apply

Scope

[ ] Add Server side pagination to DataTable instead of client side pagination
[ ] Apply Offset - Limit Pagination Approach to appropriate database queries
[ ] Page and Page Size should be controlled from Data table

Needs more work due to a new AC regarding filtering and ordering to https://github.com/buerokratt/Buerokratt-Chatbot/issues/607
