AS AN Analyst I WANT TO have more options for feedback SO THAT I have better understanding about feedback

Changes and fixes in Feedback section (earlier version - https://github.com/buerokratt/Analytics-Module/issues/9):

[ ] The default option should show average feedback score for Buerokratt and CSA.
[ ] There should be an option to see NPS for Buerokratt and CSA.
[ ] The y-axis needs to show the actual unit

Changes and fixes in Overview section:

[ ] The wait time should statistics should also show the unit of time
