CSA can assign an unanswered chat to themselves

AS A CSA, I WANT TO be able to click on “Võta üle” button SO THAT it would assign that specific chat session to myself.

[ ] Upon assigning a conversation, that same conversation cannot be re-assigned by another customer service agent. <- Invalid because we only have one role, will be updated in the future iterations;
[x] agent can assign a chat session to themselves.
[x] chat is moved to Active chat Tab

Correct view for unanswered chats page with respective Take Over (võta üle) button is still missing in GUI though

BUG - after taking over the chat, it still remains in unanswered chats' page. Should be moved to active chats' page.

BUG - When I push the button Võta üle (so I want to take chat on my name), then it shows white page.
