Problems in history view

Tested 18.08.2023, env: admin.dev.bierokratt.ee

• [ ] Why is the start and end date the same in this conversation? (chatid: 9ff44956-5a36-4484-b319-1d6bec6eb874)

• [ ] If I have selected page 5 (for example) in history table, after a few seconds, I will be shown 1th page again.

• [ ] The history query/request is slow, taking almost 7 seconds (18.08.2023).

Fixed 1) Fixed Start - End dates being equal in some chats 2) Could not replicate it on local side please recheck it on dev environment side @TarmoKlaarRIA @varmoh 3) Enhanced the response time by applying the period to the query so now it will only fetch the chats within the period specified in the date pickers
