Add pagination functionality to database queries

AS AN Architect I WANT pagination functionality to be implemented in database queries SO THAT only relevant data would be queried at any given time

Acceptance Criteria

GUI

• [x] Number of pages for relevant service are shown in GUI

DSL

• [ ] A REST endpoint to fetch data without any relevant content to get the total number of results per query
• [ ] A REST endpoint to fetch data containing relevant content in scope of selected pagination
• [x] Predefined parameters can be passed to SQL queries if there are changes in filters and sorters

  This is to replace client-side filtering and sorting of results with server-side filtering and sorting
