GUI changes in the /training/analytics/models page

AS AN NLP Model Trainer I WANT TO publish trained models in different environments SO THAT specified trained models could be taken into actual use

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The model to be published can be selected from a list of all available trained models

Scope

• [x] /training/analytics/models

GUI

• [x] Apply changes based on the following screenshot:
• [x] The model currently in use is highlighted in the list of all available trained models
• [x] Remove the "teemade täpsus" button

Translation fixes

• [x] "Kuna mudel treeniti" to "Millal mudel treeniti"
• [x] "Live" to "Avaldatud"

DSL

• [x] API endpoint to fetch a list of all available trained models with their status (archived, trained, in_use, etc.)

BUG: When you try to publish a model then it never seems to reach the published stage.

It should reach published stage or if there was an error then show - right now from the guy side it seems to be stuck in the "getting published" stage
