AS A CSA I WANT to get a better overview about conversations SO THAT I can act accordingly

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Display a number in the brackets after Unanswered chats (Vastamata)
[x] Display a number in the brackets after Active chats (Aktiivsed)
[x] Display a number in the brackets after On hold chats (Ootel)
[x] Numbers shown in the brackets must show real time number of the chats depending their status
[x] Numbers shown in the brackets are visible in every module
[x] Display On hold chats (Ootel) in the header part same as Unanswered and Forwarded chats

Number are visible only in Vestlused and Haldus. Should be visible in every module.
