AS A CSA
I WANT TO forward a conversation to another agency
SO THAT correct agency can solve the conversation
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] CSA can select the agency to which current conversation is forwarded to
[ ] When selecting which agency to forward to, it should be "unselected" as we do not want a conversation to be automatically sent to the first option from the drop-down menu
[ ] CSA can select specific messages to be selected to be forwarded.
[ ] Finally, "suuna ümber" or equivalent button closes the conversation by forwarding it to selected agency.
[ ] Under "History/Ajalugu" conversation details, forwarding information is displayed (From who and to where was it forwarded.)
