AS AN End User,
I WANT TO be able to give feedback on every individual received message,
SO THAT I can give feedback to Bürokratt answers
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] either by Bürokratt or customer support agent with a simple thumbs up/thumbs down.
[ ] Customer support agents cannot leave feedback, only end-users via chat widget window and only on those messages which have been received either by Bürokratt or customer support agent (event-type messages cannot have feedback).
[ ] By default, buttons are grey but when selected (or on hover), they change to blue.
