[BUG] Download finished chat is not working for End User #959

Bug description: After chat has finished and when clicking download chat (Lae vestlus alla), nothing happens.

Expected behavior: After chat has finished and when clicking download chat (Lae vestlus alla), I should get a new windows to choose where to save the chat and then chat should be downloaded to my device. Was working before

Opening a new PR against v2.0.2. The https://github.com/buerokratt/Buerokratt-Chatbot/pull/958 was incorrectly opened against dev branch.
