AS A CSA,
I WANT TO be able to see an authenticated user’s information (full legal name and social security number) in chat history view.
SO THAT I can see user personal data information
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] "Vestleja" column represents full legal user name and "Isikukood" column represents end-user personal security code.
[ ] Customer support agent is notified with a system message (not as a chat message in chat history) that end-user has authenticated;"
