AS AN Architect I WANT to list outdated database entries per every SELECT query SO THAT these entries could be removed from production and archived in a more secure environment

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Applies to every SELECT query which purpose is to provide the latest state of an intent

E.g. CSA's previous email address
