AS AN Admin I WANT TO make sure that the information received from JIRA is processed and stored in Classifier SO THAT improve my data.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Receive full ticket information in JSON
[ ] Extract and save Ticket id Subject/Title From Text Attachment subject Attachment format
