AS A Product Owner I WANT TO be able to choose from at least 2 different LLMs for classifying purposes SO THAT I could make my decision based on LLMs capabilities and my actual requirements

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Accuracy of 90% on test dataset
[ ] Accuracy of 90% on further added datasets based on the same structure as test dataset
