AS AN Architect I WANT training data structure for the Classifier to be defined SO THAT this could be used as input and requirement for ongoing and future developments when adopting new LLMs

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Training data structure should be decoupled from any specific LLM
[ ] Use .xlsx format
[ ] Maximum file size defined as a configurable value
