I WANT TO have a REST service to accept data for pre-processing prior to data import
SO THAT all of the relevant business logic would be there
Acceptance Criteria
The purpose of this issue is to have one REST endpoint to accept any kind of user input for further training.
In scope of this issue, there are 2 known input types by 3 different sources - JSON from Jira and Outlook Exchane and attachments manually uploaded by NLP trainers
[ ] REST[POST] service /classifier/training/dataset/accept
[ ] Condition to pass input as JSON-based training data in case it was passed via a REST call
[ ] Condition to pass input as attachment-based training data in case it was added manually
