Classifier GUI for third-party integrations

AS A Product Owner I WANT TO have GUI for third-party integrations SO THAT I could see and change their status

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] List of all integration layers with appropriate icons from config file
• [ ] Provide an overview is given integration layer is either enabled or disabled
• [ ] Provide an overview is given integration layer is for incoming messages
• [ ] Provide an overview is given integration layer is for outgoing messages
• [ ] Sensitive information, such as API credentials, are not shown in GUI
