FTU login details added to users table #6

AS AN ADMIN I WANT the details of Users added to Users table SO THAT I can check invited Users and change their role or remove them

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Full Name, ID Code, Role visible in USERS TABLE
[ ] 'Change role' and 'Remove user' visible as options at the end of each row
[ ] Pagination rules: 10 USERS per page?
