AS AN ADMIN I WANT TO have filtering and search options in the incoming texts view SO THAT I can navigate and find texts easily

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] For all columns top/bottom filtering is allowed.
[ ] For search following fields can be searched Date&Time Subject/Title From Attachment subject Attachment format Class
