Removing Users #8

As an ADMIN I WANT TO be able to REMOVE Users SO THAT I CAN CONTROL who has access to the application.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Button in USERS TABLE with label 'Eemalda' at the end of the row behind each user
[ ] Confirmation modal
[ ] User that is removed while logged in, will be logged out
