AS A Data Scientist I WANT TO have control over stop-words SO THAT I could implement them in data processing

Scope

[ ] All functionalities can be used via GUI
[ ] All functionalities can be used as REST endpoints

Functionalities

[ ] Convert JSON input to CSV
[ ] Convert YAML input to CSV
[ ] Import a list of sport-words to add as a CSV file
[ ] Import a list of sport-words to edit as a CSV file
[ ] Import a list of sport-words to delete as a CSV file
[ ] Add single stop-words via GUI
[ ] Edit single stop-words via GUI
[ ] Delete single stop-words via GUI
