REST service to accept emails from Outlook Exchange

AS AN Architect I WANT TO have a REST service to accept emails from Outlook Exchange SO THAT this would be a generic functionality and wouldn't be replicated

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] [POST] endpoint /classifier/integration/outlook/accept
• [ ] Based on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/client-developer/exchange-web-services/office-365-rest-apis-for-mail-calendars-and-contacts
• [ ] Only allow-listed external Outlook Exchange instances can make requests to this endpoint
• [ ] All environment and other settings defined in an appropriate config file

DSL

• [ ] All Ruuter DSLs contain declaration section
• [ ] Mock service approved before actual development

Technical requirements

• [ ] REST service based on Ruuter
• [ ] Schema manipulation based on Data Mapper
