AS AN End Client I WANT TO ask Bürokratt about national holidays SO THAT I could use this information for whatever reason

Acceptance Criteria

[x] All use cases of #59 and its sub-issues are covered
[x] Rasa detects applicable intents

Samples generation

[x] Use Chat GPT to generate samples
[ ] Provide Chat GPT prompts to generate example question to train Rasa

OTher

[ ] Sample requests initially published in feature branch
[ ] Reviewed and confirmed samples published in dev branch

Service is working as intended.

Inputs: All public holidays: "Millal on selle aasta riigipühad?" Upcoming public holidays: "Mis on järgmised tähtsad riigipühad sel aastal?" Previous public holidays: "Millal toimusid eelmised riigipühad?" The last public holiday: Mis oli viimane riigipüha?" The next public holiday: Mis on järgmine riigipüha?" Public holiday today: "Kas täna on riigipüha?" By public holiday name: "Mis kuupäeval on jaanipäev?" By public holiday month: "Mis riigipühad on veebruaris?"
