AS AN End user I WANT TO communicate with the Bürokratt in the language selected on the webpage SO THAT I can use Bürokratt services

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Bürokratt detects the selected language on the webpage.
[ ] Bürokratt validates the language if Bürokratt does not have the language skill. #6
[ ] Bürokratt notifies the end-user in english if the webpage language is not available.

What do you mean by "selected"?

A dropdown selection from a predefined list; or
Automatic language detection based on user's input?

@turnerrainer It should only take the language selected from the web page. Usually there are language options in the navigation bar as buttons not as dropdown. Automatic language detection in chat widget #2

The language of the page can be detected if the CMS adds the correct/selected content-language tag to the page. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTMLElement/lang Support depends on the software and structure of the website.

The widget language can be used first
