AS A CSA I WANT TO hide and show original messages SO THAT I can hide or show original messages

[ ] The CSA can hide and show original messages in the back office under active conversation and chat history.

@kerlikur hide from themselves? Other CSAs? Both? Based on single chats, all chats or both?

Needs some updates on the user story and AC.

@turnerrainer The idea is that the original text can be folded with a button or clicking on message.
