AS AN Interested Party I WANT TO have the code available via Buerokratt Github SO THAT I can use the GUI solution with the back-end application

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Publish the code to Buerokratt Github repository.

@kerlikur this is a general requirement and not specific to machine translation. All of the code produced will go straight from developer's computer to Bürokratt's GitHub public repository.
