AS A CSA I WANT TO discard or modify the machine translation response SO THAT I can provide better answer to the End User

[ ] CSA should have the option to discard or modify the machine translation response.
[ ] All changes must be recorded and be distinguishable. Changes should be accessible from a history view.

18 is like notification "Are you sure you want to send an edited answer?" This issue covers the functionality, #18 is the confirmation.
