AS AN End User I WANT TO see buttons descriptive texts in the selected language in the chat widget SO THAT I would understand what the functionality of the buttons are

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Descriptive texts of the buttons and input field in the chat widget are in the selected language. #1
[ ] i18n should be used for descriptive texts.

@kerlikur I would say that this issue is obsolete and will be covered by GUI developments throughout the projects by implementing i18n.

What could be done is create a separate issue to use machine translation to translate proper Estonian to English and from there on from English to any other language. This way, we could automate taking new languages into use in GUI (via i18n) by either fully automating the translation (not likely) or by using machine translation as the base.

@turnerrainer As we spoke, we will solve this with i18n and before interfacing the machine translation in a another project.

I'll mark it as "To Groom" + "obsolete" at the moment as the requirements of this issue should be just one AC of GUI developments.
