The greeting message must be in the correct language

AS AN End User I WANT TO see greeting message in the selected language SO THAT I understand the greeting message

Acceptance Criteria (business)

• [ ] The greeting message must be in the selected language
• [ ] If the End User does not choose language on the webpage, then greeting message is in Estonian.

Acceptance Criteria (technical)

• [ ] GUI provides the client's language selection when making a request to Ruuter;
• [ ] Greeting message Ruuter DSL provides default language in case it hasn't been provided by the request;
• [ ] Greeting message Ruuter DSL is based on language selection;
• [ ] Greeting message Resql DSL is based on language selection.

@kerlikur in this case, the welcome message would be solely based on the user's manual language selection/language information based on URL, etc, right?
