AS AN End User I WANT TO choose between available machine translation languages SO THAT I can speak to the Bürokratt in the language of my choice - if the language and/or machine translation is available

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] The End User can start the chat in the chat widget in any language
[ ] If the machine translation for the detected language is unavailable, a notification must be shown about the available languages to the end user. #6

@kerlikur what happens if I choose "English" from the dropdown and keep talking in Estonian?

@turnerrainer The answer is find #2. Language should be detected after each message sent.
