AS A Bürokratt I WANT TO be able to use TU Neurotolge machine translation solution; SO THAT I can translate the chat widget messages by using TU Neurotolge machine translation solution

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Machine translations from and to all the available languages using TU Neurotolge machine translation solution.
[ ] Options for system administrator to configure necessary parameters and machine translation solution specific core features.
