The communication language must be visible under the chat information #8

AS A CSA I WANT TO see the end user's communication language under the chat information SO THAT I know client communication language

There is a language info/ field under the chat info in the back office

  1. Should the End User also see information about the language in use?
  2. Should this additional information be only applied in case machine translation is actively in use?

  1. Do you think it is necessary?
  2. If the End User is authenticated, it should use the previously saved language. As well as if the End User communicates in several languages, they should be saved under user information, according to which the user can be offered a choice of communication language at the beginning of the conversation in the future.

@kerlikur I think that in the case of using machine-translated responses, we should provide the user a chance to get some more information about it via GUI. Like "This is a machine-translated response in English".
