AS A Service Manager I WANT TO use different versions of Ruuter at once SO THAT I wouldn't have to re-write all DSLs of the previous major version to a new one but could still use them if I choose to

Acceptance Criteria

Internal proxy redirects traffic based on URL

[ ] https://ruuter/v1/service is redirected to Ruuter v1
[ ] https://ruuter/v2/service is redirected to Ruuter v2

Sample solutions for both Caddy and Nginx

[ ] Sample Caddyfile
[ ] Sample nginx.conf
