AS A Developer I WANT the code for the mock bot to use good .net practices and be well structured SO THAT it is easy to maintain

Acceptance Criteria

Evaluate and fix the whole code base for

[ ] Proper use of .net model binding
[ ] Proper use of .net deserialization
[ ] Better test coverage
[ ] Better mutation test score
[ ] Logical mapping of chats to messages
[ ] Conformance to API specification
[ ] Unnecessary try/catch blocks and error handling/bubbling
