AS AN open source consumer of Buerokratt I WANT to consume packages and containers marked with a clear versioning scheme SO THAT I understand which version of the code base I am using SO THAT I am able to determine if a given version is a newer or older version

Update this repo to produce containers which adopt the GitVersion versioning scheme as outlined in https://github.com/buerokratt/Cross-functional-requirements/blob/docs/version-strategy-adr/docs/adrs/versioning-strategy.md.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Ensure docker container produced by this repo adopts the versioning scheme as outlined in the description
[ ] Ensure that docker containers with the new versioning scheme continue to deploy and function on the AKS cluster
