I WANT TO commit files into Git with line-endings that appear consistently on Windows and Linux machines
SO THAT both Windows and Linux developers can checkout files and view files with correct line-breaks
Acceptance Criteria
[x] Figure out the correct git setting
[x] Add git attributes file to configure each repository
[x] Update template repository to include configuration for future repositories to come
