AS AN engineer I WANT TO have a correctly configured environment SO THAT it will work correctly after deployment.

We know we need to add the deployed DMR, Mock Classifier and Mock Bot to CentOps in order for them to be routed to. We should look to automating this process in all environments. This needs to happen really before DMR starts.

Perhaps a script of some sort which runs after deployment to ensure that these settings are created?
