Cross: Rename the Request-Processor Repo now the content has changed #91

The Request-Processor repo now has more than just that code within it. It's become a Common repository for .NET participants.

It might be a good idea to name it consistently. Perhaps 'Common' or 'Buerokratt.Common'.

Creating a new repo might also be preferable.
