Alerting that goes into CentOps are acted upon by both sides:
CentOps will notify through alerts the client, that there is an issue. According to what issue has arisen, it will be resolved by client. If the issue is not something client can fix (automatic updating etc) the CentOps will resolve the issue
Client will act upon this either by fixing the issue, if the issue is client side (broken infrastructure etc)
