The current requirement is to encrypt messages which travel through the DMR. We need to research this and put together a POC which demonstrates how this might work. The current spec talks about Public Keys - if PKI is to be used, how are public and private keys created. Are they shared by all participants of the system or does each have it's own unique Public/Private key set.
