Adding in Filtering by Participant Type and by Status

Lots of things in here:

• Implementation of filtering for GetAll to allow participants to find other participants by type.
• Some issues with capitalisation of entities in the DB.
• Store API keys and them being returned on non-admin interfaces.
• Filter out non-active participants on non-admin interfaces.

Important Note. I still owe the Repo a test. I've used the Linq provider for the filtering - but it has a checkered history as far as testing is concerned. There are numerous fixes in here which will make CentOps work in Dev. So I'll add a task for that test specifically to get these fixes in. here
