AS An End User I WANT TO sign a document SO THAT I would send the signed document to appropriate service application

Based on: Possibility to Send Attachments

Related to: SIGA

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Download the document to sign it
[ ] Send the signed document to the bot

GUI

[ ] Bot ability to send the signed document via the send attachment button on the chat window
