Services list UI bug #226

Short summary: The services list should show a chosen number of services (10 currently) per page, but it shows all on the same page and although it shows page 2 as present it should not be, when there are no services listed there. pic:

Additional bug Short summary: The list of Services does not appear and there is a error in the console. Bahaa and Varmo are aware of this issue and have looked into it since last Monday.

Working on Local and also now added pagination to it here https://github.com/buerokratt/Service-Module/pull/306, will have to check it on test
