AS an Service manager I WANT TO have appropriate selection of available output elements SO THAT I only see the elements from API's that are currently used in that service flow

Acceptance criteria

[x] Message to client flow actions shows only the elements from API's that are currently used in that service flow
[x] If more than one API is used, I can see available output elements in different tabs
