AS a Service Manager I WANT TO have chat widget available for testing a draft Service SO THAT I can test the Service flow as if I am end-user

Acceptance criteria

[ ] widget appears after clicking button Testi teenust (Test Service)
[x] since no intent is connected yet, the widget is only associated with the specific tested service and starts from the first step of the service flow

The widget is integrated and working. Although it does not meet the first AC, according to which it should only appear when you press the Test Service button, but is visible all the time, the task can be considered completed.
